Privacy policy
Who we are
STS Express Inc (“STS Express”, “we”) is a trucking company, USDOT 3591417, MC-1216616, located at 722 S 13th Ave, Clinton, IA 52732. This policy explains what information we collect on www.stsexpressinc.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions: anatoli@stsexpressinc.com or +1 (424) 302-9980.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us:
- Quick application (drivers): first and last name, phone number and, if you add it, your email address.
- Contact form (shippers, brokers and drivers): whether you are a shipper/broker or a driver, your name, phone number, optional email address and your message.
- Full DOT application (the “full DOT application” link): this form is operated by Peeledlab and asks for the information required by 49 CFR §391.21. How that information is handled is described in the Peeledlab privacy policy.
We do not buy information about you from anyone.
How we use it
We use your details to call or text you back about your request — to talk about driving jobs with STS Express or to quote your freight — and to keep basic records of our hiring and business. By sending a form you agree that STS Express may call or text you about that request. If you no longer want calls or texts, tell us by phone or email and we will stop. We never sell or rent your personal information.
Optional job alerts from Peeledlab
The quick application has a separate box, unchecked by default: “Tell me about other driving jobs”. Only if you tick it, Peeledlab — the company that operates the forms on this site — may email, text or call you about driving jobs with other carriers. This consent is separate from your application to STS Express and is not required to apply. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@peeledlab.com.
Who else sees it
A few service providers process data on our behalf, each receiving only what it needs:

- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
Links to our Facebook and Instagram pages take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
